TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
The non-governmental organization "BSD" is a community of people united by their successful experience in addressing issues related to viral hepatitis. We have come together to overcome the viral hepatitis epidemic in Ukraine. We are a team of professional volunteers: social workers, Ukraine’s leading infectious disease specialists and hepatologists, ultrasound diagnosticians, and staff from top-tier laboratories with an excellent reputation. In our work, we are guided by the principles of humanity and the equal right of all patients to high-quality, modern medical care in accordance with international protocols. The NGO “BSD” was founded in August 2019 to advocate for the rights of patients, raise awareness about viral hepatitis, and provide professional medical and social assistance to patients diagnosed with chronic viral hepatitis.
The NGO “BSD” (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) announces a tender to select a provider for the development of the Organization’s 5-year strategic plan and 2-year operational plan.
Conducting a three-day facilitated offline session (24 hours), a two-day facilitated online session (16 hours), with the participation of the Organization’s leadership and its members (13 people in total), as well as providing online consultations (30 hours) for document refinement and development. If it is not possible to hold the planned offline events due to quarantine restrictions, the activities must be conducted online.
As a result of the work performed, two guiding documents must be developed: the organization’s strategic plan for 2021–2025 and the operational plan for 2021 and 2022. The project is being implemented as part of the “Civil Society Sectoral Support Initiative” program.
Service delivery timeline

Services must be provided in January–February 2021. Specific dates will be agreed upon with the winning bidder at a later time. The following documents must be submitted to participate in the tender
:
- copies of documents confirming state registration and tax status;
- the provider’s resume, which must include work experience;
- a plan for the facilitated session;
- references.
Service cost
– 23,000.00 UAH (Twenty-three thousand UAH 00 kopecks).
Selection criteria:
- alignment of the proposed program with the Organization’s needs;
- strong references provided;
- at least 2 years of experience providing similar services;
- familiarity with the specific issues related to viral hepatitis, as well as experience working
with non-profit patient organizations in the fields of HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and chemical dependency;
- communication and presentation skills;
- an individual entrepreneur registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
